Verne Troyer, who portrayed Mini-Me in the Austin Powers movies, has sued a porn distributor, a notorious producer and the operators of a gossip website for more than $20 million after a stolen sex tape showing the actor was posted online.
Troyer, who stands 2 feet, 8 inches tall, is claiming invasion of privacy and breach of copyright, according to The Telegraph.
Also named in the lawsuit, which was filed Thursday in U.S. District Cot in Los Angeles, was producer Kevin Blatt, promoter of the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape, according to Reuters.
Porn distributor SugarDVD confirms the tape's existence in a statement on its website, but doesn't address the lawsuit:
"SugarDVD has confirmed the existence of one of the most shocking and controversial celebrity sex tapes to date! A third party has approached SugarDVD with a full-length 50 minute video of Mini-Me in bed with a hot, young, FULL SIZED sexy woman. The tape includes oral sex, a close-up of Verne's "goldmember", and several shots of Verne looking directly into the camera!
I watch this Countdown of top 40 Reality TV moments last night and i think 13th was verne troyer on some show with 3 men and a few girls , mini me was wasted then ended up driving around the house on his scooter naked then wee in a plant - does anyone know what this is from , what the show is called my brother wants to see it cos was so funny thanks x

Troyer is a very disgusting looking and sounding person. You know that
part in Fear and Loathing where Depp all messed up on ether and is
talking about his dead grandmother crawling up his leg with a knife in
her teeth Then Vern Troyer bumps into Johnny Depp? That would be
scarier than the whole dead grandmother thing.
I hear he cant even talk, and that WHEN he does talk, its really Mike Myers.
Mike Myers officialy OWNS his life and career, so when mini me
"talks" its mike myers recording over those wierd little
squealing/whimpering sounds he makes. F_ck vern troyer, hes a nastly

Take some time and watch TV and you would hear him speak. He's not here
to impress or have someone as ignorant as you make stupid remarks about mini-me. Your just jealous because he goes to the playboy mansion.
